Tectonix India is here just to teach you the basics of Artificial Intelligence (AI). We are not responsible for any outcomes, data leaks, software use, subscription fees, or any business practices of tools shown in the cohort. We strictly provide educational assistance to help you learn and understand the basics.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website (https://ai.manaadb.com/WEBINAR) and registration forms, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register for our workshop.

2. Educational Services

All webinars, materials, ebook files, prompts, and tutorials offered by Tectonix India are strictly for learning and educational purposes. We just help to teach you the basics of AI. We make no warranty that:

The tools discussed will remain free, accessible, or unchanged.
Your generated video outputs will yield specific monetization levels, views, or business outcomes.
The content is error-free or suited for a particular commercial use.

3. Registration & Security

When registering, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information. We respect your security, but we are not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized access to the Google Cohort sheets, Google Form entries, or the WhatsApp group.

4. Fees & Payments

Standard tickets are free. VIP Upgrade Passes cost ₹99. Payments are secured and routed through our external payment merchant (Razorpay). Tectonix India does not store your credit card or net banking credentials. Fees paid for VIP upgrades are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of immediate bonuses delivery.

5. Absolute Limitation of Liability

Tectonix India, its instructors, and developers shall NOT be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your attendance at the workshop, your use of AI tools, or your reliance on the syllabus content. We are strictly here as tutors teaching the basics, and we carry no commercial responsibility.
